Sugarbush Resort, a premier year-round destination in Vermont, is seeking a Concierge to join our team at Clay Brook, a four-star luxury slope-side residency. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures, and providing personalized services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest arrivals and departures, including scheduling activities and services
- Coordinate ski lessons, rentals, and other mountain activities
- Secure dinner reservations and babysitting services as needed
- Assist with Clay Brook events and serve as a front desk agent
- High school diploma or equivalency diploma; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic fluency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database applications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
