Job Summary

UKG is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Global Support team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and resolving complex technical issues related to our Human Capital Management (HCM) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our HCM software and its various features and functionalities.
  • Coach and mentor peers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide occasional after-hours support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support environment, preferably in HCM software.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving complex technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with integrations between timekeeping and payroll systems is a plus.
