Overview: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is in search of a seasoned and proactive large-scale events program manager to design and implement frameworks and processes that enable the Product Marketing organization to expand efficiently and convey AWS messages to both business and technical audiences during our premier customer conference.

Role Responsibilities: As a vital member of the AWS Product Marketing team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across AWS Sales, Marketing, and service teams to develop, execute, and manage programs and processes at scale that effectively communicate AWS's key narratives to customers and partners worldwide.

You will engage closely with AWS subject matter experts, product marketers, and content managers responsible for delivering messages to a vast, globally distributed audience, both internally and externally.

Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will excel in creating high-quality content and orchestrating multiple workstreams into a unified perspective. You will partner with project managers and content owners to assist in curating topic tracks, identifying key stakeholders, comprehending all relevant existing processes, and contributing to the creation of messaging that supports marketing channels.

You will serve as an escalation point for content track owners and collaborate with senior leadership to eliminate obstacles, ensuring a top-tier experience for conference attendees.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to identify and manage effective processes that enhance efficiency and adaptability within the product marketing organization.
  • Experience in managing cross-category reporting to deliver program metrics to leadership.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholder teams.
  • Capability to develop and monitor success metrics.
