We strive for excellence in our endeavors, prioritizing people above all. We seek individuals who are committed to improving lives worldwide.

Position Overview:
Lilly is at a pivotal moment as we prepare to harness the potential of our product pipeline. We are establishing new processing capabilities globally and focusing on cutting-edge processing technologies, including continuous processing, biotechnology platforms, and advanced data and control systems. Furthermore, we are revitalizing older assets and aligning operational philosophies with contemporary technologies.

Lilly places a premium on fully automated manufacturing processes, as the quality and operational advantages are fundamental expectations in new process design.

The Global Process Automation & Control Engineering (GPACE) team is part of Lilly's Corporate Engineering Tech Center (ETC). GPACE offers automation solutions through measurement, control, control systems, data integration, and project execution. GPACE serves as a technical resource for training, standards, and management of Lilly's primary automation platforms, with its main clientele being global manufacturing, development, and Global Facilities Delivery (GFD).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide automation leadership for the design and execution of significant capital projects and corporate initiatives, particularly within the Global Parenteral Network.
- Offer automation support to external and contract manufacturing.

- Process Understanding: Comprehend the full spectrum of Lilly's key manufacturing processes, from API to distribution, and the process development lifecycle, from development to process retirement.
