Position Overview:
A prominent Process Automation Firm catering to the Midwest region is seeking a full-time Senior Automation Engineering Lead. This role is pivotal, guiding clients in the architecture and execution of their automation frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:
In this leadership capacity, you will:
- Align system architecture with client standards and automation best practices.
- Implement Life Science Industry standards while utilizing both current and upcoming features in automation technologies.
- Engage in control strategy formulation and guarantee that system integrators deliver solutions that adhere to client specifications through thorough consultation, evaluation, software acceptance testing, and risk management.


Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years in Automation Project delivery.
- Over 5 years of experience with DeltaV Batch systems.
- Proven experience in automation design and leadership roles.
- Background in executing substantial automation projects within the Life Sciences sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with clients.
- Experience in a collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with automation hardware components.
- Knowledge of integrating Control Systems with MES is advantageous.
