Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kimbrell's Furniture. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Meet and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, presenting facts related to our home furnishings and products.
  • Problem Resolution: Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieving established sales goals and driving sales through excellent product knowledge and customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build productive and trusting relationships with customers to ensure future sales and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our products, including furniture assembly and installation.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends and extended hours as directed by the Manager.
