About the Role

Southern Industries Home Improvements is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and developing new leads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
