Medical Territory Manager

Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge? Accordance Search Group is seeking a Medical Territory Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $275K at plan with an annual base salary of $125,000. This figure takes into account the cost of living in Memphis, TN and the level of experience required for the role.
About the Role:
- As a Medical Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory business plans to achieve assigned sales objectives.
- You will excel in product and procedure knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes to drive results.
- Conducting clinical in-service training programs with customers and educating healthcare professionals on the proper use of products are also key aspects of this role.
- Additionally, you will work with hospital decision-makers to ensure approved usage of products, understand patient care pathways, and manage inventory and sample control processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Prior success with new therapy introductions, capital equipment, and radiographic imaging is highly valued.
- A demonstrated track record of sales performance, clear understanding of med tech sales processes, territory management, and customer relationship management are essential skills for this role.
- Experience calling on Hospital and ASC call points, as well as working in a challenging reimbursement environment using Unlisted CPT Codes, are desirable qualities.

- This role offers competitive compensation, including a target of $150,000 in performance-based compensation.
- Motus mileage rate reimbursement, 401K with a 6% match, and full benefits, PTO, and expenses are also included.
