Medical Device Territory Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan, resulting in achievement of assigned sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience, preferably in the medical device industry. Experience with new therapy introductions, capital equipment, and radiographic imaging is strongly preferred. You will conduct clinical in-service training programs with customers, educate health care providers on the proper use of products, and work with hospital decision makers to ensure approved usage of products.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $275K at plan, with an annual base salary of $125,000. Performance-based compensation with a target of $150,000 is also included. Other benefits include Motus mileage rate reimbursement, 401K with 6% match, and full benefits including PTO and expenses.
You will stay current with company communications through technology, complete administrative responsibilities, and demonstrate high standards of ethics and adherence to compliance policies. A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
