As the Administrative Executive Assistant, you will oversee the daily functions of the executive's agenda, coordinate meal arrangements, and compile briefing documents and discussion points for engagements and events. In this role, you will be tasked with managing communications, attending all significant institutional events, processing purchase requests, and synchronizing both personal and professional schedules of the executive. You will accompany the executive during travel and maintain an organized inventory of supplies.

Essential Responsibilities:

Timely response to all inquiries through various communication channels. Ability to comprehend and execute instructions while conveying information clearly and accurately. Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in relevant software applications and travel logistics Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

Travel Requirements:

Frequent travel exceeding 50%

Work Schedule: The standard work week spans from Sunday to Saturday, with most offices operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Employees may be assigned to alternate workdays and hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet organizational needs.
