Job Opportunity

SouthCoast Health is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the administrative team, this individual will provide exceptional support to executive-level staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors with a friendly disposition
  • Support executive-level administrative assistants with various tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Order office supplies and maintain minimum supply levels
  • Create correspondence, worksheets, presentations, and mail merge documents from scratch
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team
  • Fulfill courier duties as needed, utilizing a company vehicle (requires a current driver's license and good MVR)
  • Minimum of 1 year of office support experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
