Job Description:

The Homeless Support Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to engage with homeless individuals, particularly veterans, and connect them with vital resources and services.

This role requires a high level of empathy, cultural competence, and commitment to advocacy. You will need to assess individual needs, navigate clients through the system of housing assistance, healthcare, mental health services, and employment opportunities, and advocate for clients with service providers, government agencies, and landlords.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with homeless individuals, particularly veterans.
