Homeless Support Specialist

The Homeless Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting individuals who have been impacted by mental health illness, substance abuse, legal, criminal justice, and medical issues. The ideal candidate will have solid clinical knowledge and experience working with homeless populations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients, linking them to services, and planning a course of action toward stabilization and re-housing. This will involve utilizing a harm reduction approach to support a diverse caseload of formerly homeless individuals around issues of mental health and substance use.
