**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Homelessness Services Specialist to join our team at BRC. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

**About the Role:**

In this role, you will be responsible for providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness, including meeting with clients, completing intakes and assessments, and documenting client progress. You will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Our ideal candidate is committed to engaging individuals in a client-centered approach, managing conflict or challenging behaviors, and building clients' daily living skills.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness is an asset, as well as knowledge of mental illness and substance abuse. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and CPR training certification is preferred but not required.

**Benefits and Compensation:**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000, based on location and experience.
