About Our Team

The Children's Rescue Fund is a dynamic and compassionate team of professionals dedicated to providing support services to homeless families in the New York City area. We are seeking a highly skilled Homeless Services Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Homeless Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing programs and services designed to help homeless families achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement programs and services designed to help homeless families achieve stability and self-sufficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the service delivery process
  • Compile and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience working with homeless populations
  • Valid New York State driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
