Job Title: Regional Field Service Manager

Integrated Power Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Field Service Manager to oversee our service team in the Pacific Northwest region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional electrical power systems, industrial drives and controls, and related electrical/mechanical services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation, and start-up assistance on electrical installations, including AC and DC adjustable speed drives, AC and DC motors, solid state starters, protection relays, engine driven generators, and more.
  • Manage staff scheduling, customer calls, and appointments, as well as handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Visit sites, provide project quotations, and set and achieve annual goals for sales growth.
  • Ensure staff is properly trained to work safely and manage all field service activities in the region.
  • Invoice jobs on a timely basis and participate as part of the management team.
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Three years of experience in the applicable field, with leadership skills and relevant hands-on experience in electrical controls, motor repair, and power systems.
  • Excellent mechanical, analytical, communication, and customer skills, with a willingness to learn and coach others.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to make decisions and take action under time or customer pressures.
  • Valid Driver's License and excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Understanding of testing and troubleshooting equipment, with management experience in the applicable field.

Salary/Pay Range:
  • $125,000-$150,000 per year
