Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and their satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of our services, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed to the highest standards, and that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the field service team, including scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to the Regional Service Director, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of management experience in a field service or operations role.
  • Education: Vocational technical school diploma or certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: OSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3 months of employment.
  • Other: Valid driver's license, clean work record, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
