Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at Quench USA, Inc. as a key contributor to our water solutions business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members in the assigned region, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer needs and provide top-notch service.
  • Customer Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and building layout and design, enabling you to conduct technical site surveys and inspections as required.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records, submit reports, and manage paperwork and correspondences to the Regional Service Director.
  • Support and Collaboration: Assist the Regional Service Director with new hires, administrative tasks, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members.
  • Leadership and Adaptability: Demonstrate leadership skills, taking on additional responsibilities as needed, and adapting to changing circumstances to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in a field service or customer-facing role.
  • Plumbing License: Current Plumbing License for Washington State.
  • Education: Vocational technical school diploma or certification.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior management experience, route-based preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with power tools, ladders, and aerial work platforms exceeding 6-feet.
  • OSHA Certification: OSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3-months of employment.
  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with personal digital assistants (i.e., tablets and smartphones).
  • Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce: Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce a plus.
  • Driver's License: A valid and current driver's license in good standing.
  • Clean Work Record: A clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Travel Requirements: Overnight travel may be required.
