Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Manager to join our team in the Seattle/Portland area. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Field Service Technicians to deliver high-quality service and support to customers
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance technical skills and customer service
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Conduct technical site surveys and inspections to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and submit reports, paperwork, and correspondence to the Regional Service Director
  • Support the Regional Service Director with new hires, administrative tasks, and on-boarding processes
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of management experience in a similar role
  • Current Plumbing License for Washington State
  • Vocational technical school diploma/certification
  • Experience with field work associated with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units
  • Prior management experience, route-based preferred
  • OSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3 months of employment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce a plus
  • A valid and current driver's license in good standing
  • A clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
