Job Title: Field Service Manager

Quench USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team in the Seattle area market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Service Technicians, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our water filtration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations and maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure new staff are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by possessing superior customer management skills and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Provide technical expertise in plumbing, drainage, and building layout and design to ensure successful site surveys and inspections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports, paperwork, and correspondences to the Regional Service Director.
  • Support the Regional Service Director with new hires, administrative tasks, and on-boarding processes.
  • Act as a substitute for other Field Service Managers or Regional Service Director as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of management experience in a related field.
  • Current Plumbing License for Washington State.
  • Vocational technical school diploma/certification.
  • Experience with field work associated with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units.
  • Prior management experience, route-based preferred.
  • Experience working with power tools, ladders, and aerial work platforms exceeding 6-feet.
  • OSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3-months of employment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce a plus.
  • A valid and current driver's license in good standing.
  • A clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
