Job Description

Quench is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Field Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our water filtration systems, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and leading a team of Field Service Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation and maintenance of our water filtration systems, ensuring they are properly installed and functioning as expected.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, paperwork, and correspondence to the Regional Service Director, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for new staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Management Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects to successful completion.
  • Current Plumbing License: Valid license to practice plumbing in Washington State.
  • Vocational Technical School Diploma/Certification: Relevant education and training in plumbing, water treatment, or a related field.
  • Experience with Water Filtration Systems: Proven experience working with water filtration systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
