Job Title: Account Executive - Commercial Lines

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Commercial Lines team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing underwriting and risk management expertise to our clients, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including underwriting, risk assessment, and account management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and brokers to ensure excellent customer service and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure expertise and competitiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or insurance
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting, sales, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines products, risk management principles, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
