  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all housekeeping areas.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of housekeeping, guest service, or hospitality management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
