Job Overview

Maintain a seamless dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Managing restaurant operations, including assigning sections to servers and maintaining a highly visible presence throughout the shift.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit payments, and providing change to guests.
  • Verifying the accuracy of guest checks, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and payment methods.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining a clean and attractive restaurant environment, including assisting with vacuuming, sweeping, and general cleaning duties.
  • Reporting any maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies to management in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a position with heavy cash handling responsibilities and customer service exposure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude and knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays and bus tubs weighing up to 10lbs, and stand throughout the entire shift.
