Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for our patients and visitors.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Stock and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the office, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance required.
  • CPR certification within 90 days of employment and current certification thereafter.
  • Annual OSHA/HIPPA training in accordance with the CHP OSHA/HIPPA manual.
  • Annual TB test in accordance with CHP TB policy and procedures.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination/waiver in accordance with CHP Hepatitis B vaccination/waiver protocol.
