Front Desk Associate

At America's Best, we're looking for a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of customers, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary information from insurance companies.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- File patient records daily and retrieve files for the next day's appointments.
- Monitor order status and notify customers of delays or arrivals.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, managing office supplies inventory.
- Participate in regular communication meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years of related experience or training is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.
- Must have open availability to meet the needs of our customers.
