Role Overview:
As a Customer Account Representative, you will facilitate access for underserved clients to premium products that improve their daily lives. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our customers' experiences.

Daily Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive and personalized interactions, both in-store and at customer residences.


Logistics:

Engage in product deliveries and pickups, demonstrating a positive attitude while adhering to safety and compliance standards during loading, unloading, and installation processes.


Store Presentation:
Ensure a welcoming environment by maintaining organized displays and cleanliness, keeping both customers and colleagues in mind.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicles will be operated)
- Ability to lift and transport items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
