Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is an advanced professional position focused on the oversight and management of clinical personnel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting interviews, fostering relationships with educational institutions, and potentially providing training for Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and Case Management staff. The Clinical Operations Supervisor will deliver administrative assistance to program leaders and will operate under the guidance and supervision of the Program Director for the Adult Emergency Services Inpatient Program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in support services or business administration is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a BHT or Care Manager at Gracepoint is advantageous.
  • Ability to address inquiries from managers, patients, service providers, managed care organizations, family members, and other stakeholders.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Competence in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capacity to learn and utilize additional software.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in all communications and interactions with staff and the public.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of staff training, integrating it into the program, and attending relevant staff meetings.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process by reviewing applicants for program openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating site tours.
  • Exhibit servant leadership qualities by supporting staff in all areas of responsibility in a respectful and encouraging manner.
  • Effectively communicate verbally, providing information and responding to inquiries from managers, clients, service providers, family members, and the public.
  • Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships essential for effective functioning. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate tasks and work assignments efficiently.
