Position Overview:
We are in search of a motivated and strategic Account Director/Client Partner who excels in solution-oriented sales and has a proven history of successfully closing substantial fixed-price projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in navigating intricate sales cycles, from responding to RFPs to finalizing deals, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where pursuing new business and nurturing robust client relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute strategies to attract and secure new clients within an account, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of solutions and deal structures.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from initial prospecting to negotiation and contract finalization, for significant fixed-price projects.
- Engage in extensive travel, both domestically and internationally, to connect with clients and prospects.
- Present innovative concepts and solutions to clients, effectively communicating value propositions to stimulate interest and engagement.
- Adopt a client-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring that client needs and perspectives are prioritized in every engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in selling application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation services.
- A minimum of five years of experience in solution-oriented sales, with a solid background in deal structuring and closing fixed-price projects.
- Proven capability to pursue and secure new business through proactive outreach and relationship cultivation.
- Successful track record in presenting and selling innovative ideas and solutions to clients.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively without restrictions, both nationally and internationally.
- Experience in IT project delivery is a valuable asset.
- Background in the MedTech/Life Sciences sector is advantageous.
