Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Account Director/Client Partner who excels in solution-oriented sales and has a solid history of successfully closing substantial fixed-price projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in navigating intricate sales cycles, from responding to RFPs to finalizing deals, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where the pursuit of new business and the cultivation of robust client relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute strategies to attract and secure new clients within an account, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of solutions and deal frameworks.

  • Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and contract finalization, for significant fixed-price projects.
  • Engage in extensive travel as necessary, both domestically and internationally, to connect with clients and prospects.
  • Deliver innovative concepts and solutions to clients, clearly articulating value propositions to stimulate interest and engagement.
  • Adopt a client-focused approach in all interactions, ensuring that client needs and perspectives are prioritized in every engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in selling application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation services.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in solution-oriented sales, with a strong emphasis on deal frameworks and closing fixed-price projects.
  • Proven ability to pursue and secure new business through proactive outreach and relationship development.
  • Exemplary track record in presenting and selling innovative ideas and solutions to clients.
  • Willingness and capability to travel extensively without limitations, both nationally and internationally.
  • Experience in IT project delivery is advantageous.
  • Background in the MedTech/Life Sciences sector is preferred.
