Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton San Francisco Financial District. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests.
  • Participate in emergency procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
