Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton San Francisco Financial District. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality terminology is essential.
