Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our front desk team at Samesun San Francisco. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in guests, answer phone inquiries, and process payments for reservations.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs.
  • Monitor supplies and inventory, notifying management when supplies are low.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and common areas of the hostel.
  • Restock breakfast and housekeeping supplies, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
