Medicare Inside Sales Role

MVP Health Care is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for setting sales appointments, responding to benefit inquiries, and addressing prospect questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set sales appointments and respond to benefit inquiries
  • Address prospect questions and provide clear, complete, and accurate information regarding assigned product benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Qualify each prospect according to departmental and federal guidelines
  • Meet accessibility and quality goals, such as average speed of answer and abandonment rate
  • Document complete and accurate prospect records and process all appointments, registrations, and requests for information in CRM
  • Meet individual and team membership goals
  • Follow company and federal sales and marketing guidelines in all interactions with prospects

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience in positions where adherence to strict confidentiality is required
  • Healthcare/health insurance experience, preferred
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Licensure Requirement: NYS and VT LAH Health Insurance license is required within 4 weeks training period prior to selling
