Role Overview
Victra is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technology Sales Representative to join our retail team. As a full-time representative, you will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in one of our stores, utilizing your unique talents, passion for technology, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by providing personalized solutions to customers.
- Work collaboratively with peers and store leaders to drive sales growth, share best practices, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored recommendations that meet their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring seamless customer interactions and resolving any technical queries effectively.
- Contribute to merchandising and operational functions, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping experience for customers.

Compensation Details
We are proud to offer a competitive salary, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions. The estimated average maximum salary is $58,000 per year, based on a 35-hour work week, with a base rate of $10.85/hour and opportunities for advancement.
