Sales and Community Engagement Representative

**About the Role**
Rolling Suds Rochester-Henrietta is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Community Engagement Representative. As an Outside Sales/Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our power washing services to residential and commercial clients in your local area.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong analytical mindset. You will work independently, generating leads, building relationships with local businesses and homeowners, and staying informed about market trends.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive estimated salary of $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
- Uncapped commission-based compensation, with double commissions during the first 90 days.
- Bonuses and incentives based on performance.
- Ongoing support and training from team leaders.
**Requirements**
- Previous sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial sales.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
