  • A competitive salary of $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and performance
  • A guaranteed weekly base compensation, plus commissions earned for qualifying representatives, resulting in an average income of $875 - $1,200 per week

Your Responsibilities:

As a TruGreen Territory Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice to customers on lawn care maintenance plans
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable vehicle for transportation, with mileage reimbursement or car allowance available
  • A valid, current driver's license, subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record check and proof of insurance
