Job Title: Sales Execution Division Manager

Coca-Cola Bottling Company United is seeking a highly skilled Sales Execution Division Manager to lead our team of Key Account Developers in Louisiana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to maximize sales and profits.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Key Account Developers to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
