Sales Execution Division Manager

Coca-Cola Bottling Company United is seeking a highly skilled Sales Execution Division Manager to lead our team of Key Account Developers in Louisiana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to maximize sales and profits.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Key Account Developers to achieve sales and business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
