NSI Industries LLC is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and processing the company's accounts payable transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to prevent delinquency
  • Reconcile accounts and analyze the AP Aging for cost savings opportunities and accuracy
  • Manage payment approvals and discrepancies, including investigating discrepancies between received invoices and delivered products
  • Execute payment methods, including sending out payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ensuring the receipt of any credits owed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor and report on key accounts payable metrics, such as payment turnaround time, outstanding liabilities, and vendor balances
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
