Overview
The Brand Operations Services Unit within Ecolab's EcoSure division is in search of a Client Relations Consultant to enhance our team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals with a strong background in hospitality management to leverage their expertise in guiding discussions and providing strategic recommendations to clients regarding their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Relations Consultant, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations at client locations to assess their operational needs.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports of evaluation outcomes and strategic recommendations to senior client executives.
  • Facilitating training sessions for new personnel and ongoing training throughout the client engagement.
  • Participating in team meetings and conference calls to align with client project goals.
  • Traveling to client sites as necessary, which may involve overnight stays.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with client personnel through professional interactions and demonstrating industry knowledge.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in current technology and software, including Android and Apple systems, as well as Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience in developing and leading training sessions for individuals and small groups.
  • A valid US driver's license with no restrictions and a valid passport or travel documentation.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Inspect client facilities, which may involve climbing and crawling in tight spaces.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods at client locations.
  • Travel as needed to various client sites.

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations management.
  • Training and facilitation experience tailored to diverse learning styles.

Compensation
The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $22.00 to $26.00, with eligibility for overtime. This range is based on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and may vary based on factors such as education, experience, and location.
