Key Responsibilities

A Menswear Specialist will engage with clients throughout their appointments, providing fitting, styling, and comprehensive assistance. They will uphold a high standard of service, both in-person and through digital communication. Each Specialist will manage a portfolio of clients, proactively reaching out with updates on orders and new offerings to foster enduring relationships.
  • Schedule and conduct 4+ client appointments daily.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client details, including preferences and order history.
  • Proactively communicate new styles and products to clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Guide clients through their initial fitting experience to ensure accurate future orders.
  • Coordinate with tailors and operations to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment.
  • Keep the Pattern Room organized and welcoming for clients.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in retail, office settings, or internships is essential.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
