Daily Responsibilities:

2. Assess Client Inquiries: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Forcreativegirls capabilities. Manage client requests by creating and evaluating tickets, then directing them to the suitable internal teams.
3. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high satisfaction ratings measured through feedback scores and response times.
4. Aggregate Client Insights: Propose enhancements to services and products based on client interactions, aiming for at least 3-5 actionable recommendations quarterly.
5. Update Educational Materials: Regularly refresh training documents, courses, and videos to support client education.
6. Conduct Client Meetings: Facilitate video or phone consultations with clients as needed during business hours.
