Our mission is to make custom clothing the new norm, transforming the way men approach their wardrobe. Since our inception in 2010, we have successfully crafted over 60,000 custom shirts online, establishing ourselves as a leader in the industry.
In 2013, we expanded our offerings beyond shirts to include suits, chinos, and outerwear, earning accolades such as the Best Suit in Boston 2014. Today, our diverse product range includes scarves, shorts, and tuxedos, continually evolving to meet our clients' needs.

Role Overview
The Client Relations Expert plays a crucial role in embodying our brand values and delivering the exceptional service we aim to provide. They combine expertise in fit, styling, and personalized service to foster a welcoming environment where clients feel at ease and confident. Our clientele ranges from emerging professionals to seasoned executives, all deserving of a premium shopping experience.

The Client Relations Expert will manage a full schedule of appointments with both new and returning clients, providing fitting, styling, and assistance as needed. They will uphold a high standard of service, both in-person and through digital communication. Each expert will maintain a client portfolio, proactively reaching out to share updates on orders and new offerings to build lasting relationships.
- Manage a daily schedule with multiple client appointments.
- Maintain an up-to-date client database, including style preferences and order history.
- Proactively engage with clients regarding new styles and products to achieve sales targets.
- Guide clients through their initial fitting experience to ensure accuracy in future orders.
- Collaborate with tailors and operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of client orders.
- Keep the Pattern Room organized and welcoming for clients.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience in retail, office settings, or internships is essential.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
