Role Overview

The Client Relations Expert plays a crucial role in embodying our brand values and delivering the exceptional service we aim to provide. They combine expertise in fit, styling, and personalized service to foster a welcoming environment where clients feel at ease and confident. Key Responsibilities

The Client Relations Expert will manage a full schedule of appointments with both new and returning clients, providing fitting, styling, and assistance as needed. They will uphold a high standard of service, both in-person and through digital communication. Each expert will maintain a client portfolio, proactively reaching out to share updates on orders and new offerings to build lasting relationships.
  • Manage a daily schedule with multiple client appointments.
  • Maintain an up-to-date client database, including style preferences and order history.
  • Proactively engage with clients regarding new styles and products to achieve sales targets.
  • Guide clients through their initial fitting experience to ensure accuracy in future orders.
  • Collaborate with tailors and operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of client orders.
  • Keep the Pattern Room organized and welcoming for clients.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in retail, office settings, or internships is essential.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
