We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic HR Coordinator to provide exceptional support to employees throughout the leave process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee leave requests from start to finish, including FMLA, ADA, and company-sponsored programs
  • Ensure policy compliance and stay updated on legislative changes
  • Communicate clearly with employees, managers, and external vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on leave trends, usage, and compliance metrics
  • Collaborate on HR projects and training initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on leave management and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of leave laws and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and leave management software (a plus)
