Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Benefits available with this position include 100% paid medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 5%

match and 20 days of paid vacation and paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.

• Prior experience in a managerial role within a Human Resources department
• Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and the ability to manage and implement them
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and practices in HR
• Ability to manage employee relations effectively
• Experience in developing and implementing hiring processes
• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
