Your Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries related to data feeds and cloud solutions.
  • Develop technical skills using various tools such as UAT, Excel, and SQL.
  • Provide professional support for our offerings and maintain precise client documentation.
  • Collaborate with international teams to meet client requirements and contribute to product improvements.
  • Stay informed about current and upcoming product offerings.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Excel and corporate accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred

  • Up to 2 years of experience in finance or data-centric roles.
  • Familiarity with various investment types and SQL.
