About the Role

As a Client Service Associate on our Client Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client business questions and identify the experts who can provide the best answers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying client project requests
  • Utilize various sources, including LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, to identify the best experts for clients
  • Screen experts to determine their suitability for client projects and develop professional profiles
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent results for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
  • Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience
  • Work authorization required
  • Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with people at all professional levels
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
