About the Role
As a Client Service Associate on our Client Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client business questions and identify the experts who can provide the best answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying client project requests
- Utilize various sources, including LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, to identify the best experts for clients
- Screen experts to determine their suitability for client projects and develop professional profiles
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent results for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience
- Work authorization required
- Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with people at all professional levels
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
