Role Overview: As a Multinational Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Multinational Program Coordinator (MPC) in managing a portfolio of property reverse-flow business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the MPC with the issuance of compliant local policies based on instructions from global partners.
  • Supporting the MPC in policy bookings, following up on outstanding premiums, and executing related tasks.
  • Engaging proactively with network partners and colleagues through various communication channels to ensure streamlined processes.
  • Collaborating with the Head of MN Client Services to enhance Starr's MN Communication Platform, focusing on user experience improvements.
  • Managing the MN Insurance Rules & Regulations engine within the platform, ensuring performance monitoring and conducting biannual reviews.
  • Overseeing the utilization of the MN Communication Platform by Network Issuing Offices, ensuring timely task completion.
  • Facilitating demonstrations of the platform's capabilities to other business lines, understanding their workflows for potential enhancements.
  • Assisting in the management of the Axco product suite, promoting awareness of new offerings and organizing training sessions as necessary.
  • Contributing to the development and management of the Starr MN Business portal to ensure global consistency.

  • Preferred experience in the insurance sector, though not mandatory.
  • A keen interest in collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation: For individuals assigned to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The anticipated wage range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000, reflecting various factors such as experience, training, and organizational needs.
