Position Overview:
The Licensed Client Service Associate represents a growing professional role that combines extensive specialty knowledge with a robust understanding of industry standards and practices. The role necessitates analytical thinking and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, enabling the breakdown of information in a systematic and communicable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wealth management services to clients under the guidance of Banker teams.
- Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, ensuring consideration for the firm's reputation and the protection of Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and maintaining transparency in managing and reporting control issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent deadlines as per the requirements of banker teams and clients.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and analyze data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles; a strong background and interest in operations and compliance; previous experience in sales referrals; knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products.
- Licenses: Series 7/63 or 7/66 or willingness to obtain.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
