Job Description

**Role Purpose**

This client service role plays a key part within Impax Asset Management LTD's broader Client Group. The role is focused on the development, servicing and management of key client relationships in North America, both within pooled vehicles and segregated mandates. This role will be working as part of a team which services Impax Asset Management LTD's clients in all market channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with Impax Asset Management LTD's clients, as allocated, throughout North America.
  • Respond to and manage client requests in an accurate and timely manner, working efficiently with other Impax Asset Management LTD teams as needed to reach resolution.
  • Working with the broader team, contribute to the dissemination of accurate and timely portfolio reporting and related information about Impax Asset Management LTD and its investment capabilities.
  • Work with others to plan and support roadshows and events in the region.
  • Work with the Marketing and Communications Team to ensure the consistent and accurate messaging of Impax Asset Management LTD strategies across different client types.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all investor and prospect interactions are recorded in the CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the completion of client/prospect RFPs and DDQs, and onboarding of new mandates and accounts, including collaboration with Client Change Management team and IMA review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and with Impax Asset Management LTD's policies and procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in order to support the team's broader client base and objectives.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience

  • Experienced and confident in a client-facing function, preferably in relationship management and/or client service.
